PTF - TEACHERS HOLIDAY BLESSINGS

We cannot begin to express the gratitude and appreciation we have for our outstanding teachers and staff here at WCA! CHRISTMAS THEMED DRESS DAYS

WCA will host Christmas themed dress days the week before Christmas:

Tuesday, December 17th: NHS will hold a Christmas PJ's fundraiser on Tuesday, December 17th for the whole school. Students may wear their most festive PJs for $1.00. All funds will go to support Saline Social Services.

Wednesday, December 18th: Holiday Hoopla! Glam things up with Christmas themed accessories (socks, ties, hats, jewelry, glasses, etc.).

Thursday, December 19th: Ugly Christmas Sweater Day.

Friday, December 20th: Red and Green spirit day. Show your Christmas spirit with red and green dress up.

Note: Please DO NOT wear costumes or pajamas (with the exception of Tuesday). Students should follow modesty guidelines from the student handbook at all times

SEMESTER EXAMS- 7-12 Grade

December 18-20 - Please see the exam schedule. Students in 7th-12th grades will be dismissed at noon on these days. If a student needs to stay at school after exams, there will be a study hall available on Wednesday and Thursday, but not Friday. Students that do not have an exam during a block may be excused from attending school, during that block. Students will need to sign out in the office before leaving.

HALF DAY-EARLY RELEASE

Friday December 20th - Preschool-5th grade will be dismissed at 11:30, and 6th-12th grade will be dismissed at noon. There will be no aftercare provided on Friday.

LUNCH  

1. All meals ordered on Friday, December 20th have been removed.  This is a half day and no lunch will be served.  

2. Lunch menu for January will be ready for ordering by December 31st. Lunch orders will be due that same day at 11:00 PM.

LOST AND FOUND

We continue to have a large amount of items being donated each month from the lost and found. Our team does look for labels on items prior to donation, so we strongly encourage our families to label all student items in hopes of avoiding the financial loss associated with a misplaced items.

FUTURE BALLERS

The league is open to Kindergarten - 6th Grade Boys & Girls, and is open to the public. Time and space are running out! Registration closes on December 20th OR when all spots are filled. The league typically fills quickly, so reserve your spot today! Register here: Future Ballers

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

THURSDAY COFFEE TRUCK

Tom’s Traveling Coffee Truck will be in the WCA parking lot every Thursday morning from 7:30am - 9am! 10% of the proceeds will go to our PTF! 

PARENT PRAYER GROUP MEETING

Tuesdays, 8:30am, WCA Conference Room - Come join other WCA parents in prayer as we seek God together for all He will do in and through WCA! Join Prayer and Fellowship group on Remind with class code: @wcaprayer. You can email Jenn Osness, osness1@hotmail.com with any questions.
