END-OF-YEAR EXAM SCHEDULE
The last week of school is here and that means the last exams of the school year! Please see the school exam schedule for grades 7-12.
LUNCH
Please do not forget that hot lunches are done for this school year. Lunch for the remainder of the year is as follows:
June 3-7: All students will need a packed lunch. Snacks will be available for purchase, cash only
June 6th – Field Day – Lunch provided for K-6th grades
June 7th – Half day – NO Lunch
*Final bills are due by June 7th
24/25 SCHOOL CALENDAR
We have finalized the 24/25 school calendar. Due to various reasons, some event dates may change, but days off will remain the same. We will notify you of any changes.
FIELD DAY
Field Day this year will be this Thursday, June 6th. Please refer back to the email sent from Mrs. Stewart including all field day details!
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
LOST AND FOUND
As we approach the end of the school year, we want to make sure families are getting their lost and found items. Please be sure to stop by and grab anything that your student may have left behind. All items left will be donated!
SUMMER ATHLETICS
We have tons of fun athletic opportunities for WCA students over the summer. See the Summer Athletics email from Mr. Lund for more information. Registration is now open; however, space is limited, so be sure to follow this link to register!
THURSDAY COFFEE TRUCK
Tom’s Traveling Coffee Truck will be in the WCA parking lot Thursday morning from 7:30am - 8:45am! Don't miss your last chance to support PTF! 10% of the proceeds will go to our PTF!
DONUTS
Friday, 7:55 - 8:10am - Donuts will be available to purchase in the cafetorium for $1.50 each. Proceeds benefit our senior class!
PARENT PRAYER GROUP MEETING
Tuesdays, 8:30am, WCA Conference Room - Come join other WCA parents for our last prayer meeting of the year as we seek God together for all He will do in and through WCA!
